What material are the jewels of "I jewels of Grace"?

Is it necessary to register to place an order?

It is not necessary to register but by doing so you can save your shipping address for future purchases, check the status of your order and receive all the news via newsletter.

 

I would like to purchase a product but it is not available at the moment. How can I do to get it?

You can write an email to igioiellidigrace@gmail.com specifying the product you want to buy, we will do our best to satisfy your request.

 

Are the jewels covered by warranty?

All our products are covered by a legal guarantee of 24 (twenty four) months for lack of conformity. The lack of conformity must be communicated to the seller within 2 (two) months of its discovery by sending an email to igioiellidigrace@gmail.com. However we do not cover alterations due to wear, damage due to improper use and the normal loss of the galvanic layer.

 

What are the delivery times?

The shipment of items ready for delivery usually takes place within 24/48 hours, while for items made only on order, due to their complexity of processing / realization it may take 10/15 days from receipt of the order.
